Our flat roofing project in Northfield, Birmingham is nearly complete.
These semi detached houses originally had a felt roof supported by a stramit deck. The stramit had become completely damp and rotten causing major leaks and water damage.
The team completely stripped and disposed of the existing roof before refitting a new timber deck and Bitumen roof.
A tapered insulation scheme has also been used to improve water drainage and maximise energy efficiency.
